Tasting Note
Deep garnet; ripe blackberries, plum and cassis with notes of lavender, star anise, graphite and discreet cedar. Silky attack, plush mid-palate, bright freshness and a long, mineral-tinged finish.
Food Pairing
Roast lamb, ribeye or beef bourguignon; game and aged hard cheeses. Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ or rich Sichuan beef and red-braised pork.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel selection; traditional fermentation with temperature control, malolactic in barrels; aged ~16–18 months in French oak (35% new); bottled May 2018.

Owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon (acquired 2011, renamed from Tertre Daugay). Estate on the Saint-Émilion plateau, managed with high-selection viticulture and modern winemaking practices.
