Tasting Note
Deep garnet with wild blueberry, baked cherry, pencil-lead and garrigue aromas. Medium-bodied, taut and vibrant palate with soft rounded tannins and a herbal/tea lift; dark chocolate on the finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), braised beef noodle, mildly spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, careful selection of old-vine Merlot. Réserve cuvée is macerated/partly aged in oak, low-yield vinification and bottled after at least two years maturation.
