Tasting Note
Bright red and black fruit (raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant) with sweet spice, subtle smoke and schist-driven minerality. Silky texture, ripe integrated tannins and a fresh, savory finish.

Production Method
Organic/biodynamic farming; hand-harvested; destemmed; indigenous-yeast fermentation with short maceration (partial carbonic on Cabernet Sauvignon reported); aged ~11 months in concrete tanks.
