Bright citrus and yellow-fruited core (pear, white nectarine) with white flowers, saline minerality and a taut, incisive palate finishing with flinty, savory notes.

Biodynamic; hand-harvested, slow cold pressing, indigenous-yeast fermentation, partial malolactic; aged ~12 months in stainless steel, foudre and 30% Burgundy barrels.
