Tasting Note
Delicate red berries, grapefruit and citrus with floral and subtle spice; mineral chalkiness and a creamy texture from partial oak give a racy, concentrated palate, firm acidity and a long, silky finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, scallops, grilled prawns, roast chicken, salads, charcuterie and goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai prawn salad, lemongrass chicken, Vietnamese spring rolls, mildly spiced Chinese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Night/early-morning harvest, optical sorting and closed-circuit pressing; partial fermentation and ageing in 600L oak demi-muids with bâtonnage plus stainless-steel tanks, minimal oxidation, blended before bottling.

Vineyard Info
Founded by Sacha Lichine in 2006 to elevate Provençal rosé; Château d'Esclans produces premium rosés. Majority stake acquired by Moët Hennessy in 2019; known for Whispering Angel, Rock Angel and Garrus.
