Tasting Note
Plush black-plum and black-cherry core with notes of truffle, violet, tobacco and slate; fine-grained, velvety tannins, bright freshness and a long mineral-edged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; temperature-controlled fermentation; traditional élevage in French oak for ~18 months (approx. 30% new oak); sustainable Viticulture (Terra Vitis).
