Tasting Note
Earthy Pomerol: black plum, cassis, black truffle, cigar box, graphite and subtle tobacco. Medium–full-bodied with velvety tannins, savory mineral core and a spicy, lingering finish.

Roast lamb, braised short ribs, beef stews, mushroom risotto; Peking duck, soy-braised beef, char siu, shiitake dishes, aged cheeses and charcuterie.
Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion, aged approximately 12–18 months in French oak (portion new).
