Tasting Note
Fragrant elderflower and orange blossom with ripe peach and pear, delicate persistent mousse, lively acidity balancing off-dry sweetness; light-bodied, very aromatic, refreshing with a medium-length finish.

Western: fruit tarts, panna cotta, peach or lemon desserts, almond biscotti, Gorgonzola dolce; Asian: mango sticky rice, coconut desserts, sweet-spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes, dim sum and light sweet pastries.

Production Method
100% Moscato Bianco; cold fermentation in stainless steel, fermentation stopped early to retain residual sugar and low ABV, bottled with gentle natural effervescence (frizzante).
