Tasting Note
Fragrant elderflower and orange blossom with ripe peach and pear, delicate persistent mousse, lively acidity balancing off-dry sweetness; light-bodied, very aromatic, refreshing with a medium-length finish.

Production Method
100% Moscato Bianco; cold fermentation in stainless steel, fermentation stopped early to retain residual sugar and low ABV, bottled with gentle natural effervescence (frizzante).
