Tasting Note
Delicate, aromatic sweetness: orange blossom, elderflower, lychee and ripe peach layered over honeyed notes. Fine persistent mousse, refreshing acidity and a medium-long, gently sweet finish.
Food Pairing
Western: fruit tarts, panna cotta, panettone, shortbread, blue or ricotta-based desserts. Asian: mango sticky rice, coconut milk desserts, light Thai desserts, mildly spicy Thai or Indian dishes to balance heat.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Moscato Bianco; cold, controlled fermentation in stainless steel stopped early (chilling/filtration) to retain residual sugar and natural spritz; aged briefly in tank and bottled under pressure.
Vineyard Info
