Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow with delicate mousse. Intense aromas of elderflower, jasmine, peach and citrus. Sweet yet finely balanced by lively acidity and pear, honeysuckle and melon flavors; refreshing, energetic finish.
Food Pairing
Western: fruit tarts, panna cotta, lemon tart, crème brûlée, blue cheese, foie gras. Asian: mango sticky rice, dim sum, sweet red-bean desserts, spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes (to contrast heat), fresh sushi/ceviche.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Moscato Bianco; cool stainless-steel fermentation stopped early to retain residual sugar and low ABV, producing a lightly sparkling (frizzante) wine. Certified organic production.
Vineyard Info
Made by Ceretto through the Vignaioli di Santo Stefano project (est.1976). Family-owned Piedmont producer; organic certified since 2017, focusing on high-quality Moscato grapes from Santo Stefano Belbo and nearby sites.
