Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow with intense orange blossom, elderflower and ripe peach aromas. Delicate persistent mousse, lively acidity balances pronounced grapey sweetness; honeyed, floral finish, low alcohol and very refreshing.
Food Pairing
Western: fruit tarts, panna cotta, lemon tart, blue cheese, foie gras, fresh fruit and light pastries. Asian: mango sticky rice, coconut milk desserts, sweet-and-spicy Thai dishes, spicy Sichuan-style dishes; pairs well with fresh fruit-based desserts and chilled dim sum.
Production Method
Organic grapes; gentle stainless-steel (Charmat/tank) fermentation arrested early to retain residual sugar and low ABV (≈5–5.5%). Bottled under screwcap with light effervescence.
