Tasting Note
Pale straw with intense aromatics of orange blossom, honeysuckle, peach, apricot and citrus peel. Lightly fizzy, medium-sweet, fresh acidity and a clean, fruit-driven finish with delicate honeyed notes.
Food Pairing
Western: fruit tarts, panna cotta, lemon pastry, light creamy desserts, fresh cheeses (ricotta, mild blue). Asian: mango sticky rice, Thai green curry or spicy dishes (sweetness balances heat), Chinese dim sum with sweet-savory sauces, Japanese fruit desserts.
Production Method
100% Moscato Bianco; vinified in stainless steel with fermentation arrested to retain natural sugars; produced as a lightly sparkling frizzante (partial fermentation under pressure).
Vineyard Info
Produced by the Ceretto family (founded 1930s). I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano estate (created 1976) specializes in Moscato d'Asti; recent production is organically certified and focuses on low yields and quality.
