Tasting Note
Fresh, floral and mineral-driven: green apple, pear, citrus blossom, chamomile and almond. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity, light chalky minerality and a savory, persistent finish.

Western: grilled sea bass, shellfish, lemon risotto, vegetable risotto, goat cheese, chicken piccata, antipasti. Asian: sushi, sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, lightly spiced Thai or Malaysian fish dishes, Cantonese steamed fish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Arneis; ~40% cryomaceration followed by cold stainless-steel fermentation, controlled-temperature vinification and short lees contact; bottled young (slight trapped CO2).
