Tasting Note

Aromas of rose, lavender, red cherry and blood orange. Medium–full-bodied with sandy mineral notes, fine firm tannins, tar, tobacco and a focused, balsamic finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roasted or braised beef, lamb, aged hard cheeses, mushroom risotto, truffle dishes. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, miso-glazed beef, umami-rich mushroom or soy-based dishes.


Production Method

Single-vineyard Nebbiolo from organically tended vines. Fermented and matured approximately 24 months in tonneaux and large oak casks, followed by bottle ageing.

Produced by Ceretto, a three‑generation Piedmont producer. Ceretto owns ~5–6 ha in Brunate and bottles single‑cru Barolos as part of its organic, terroir-driven range.
