Production Method
Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts and extended maceration (~20–30 days); malolactic in oak; aged ~36 months in large oak casks (plus some barriques) and further bottle aging.

Single-vineyard Bricco Rocche (Ceretto monopole), ~1.4 ha in Castiglione Falletto at 350–370m; Diano sandstone/silt/clay soils; estate-owned and vinified at Ceretto’s Bricco Rocche cellar since 1982.
