Tasting Note

Perfumed rose and dried cherry with tar, truffle, leather and spice. Palate shows red and dark cherry, tobacco, earth and savory umami; refined yet persistent tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested Nebbiolo; traditional fermentation with native yeasts, extended maceration; malolactic in oak; aged in large neutral oak casks/botti (approx. 24–30 months) then bottle-aged before release. Organic/biodynamic vineyard practices.


Vineyard Info

Ceretto is a multi-generational Piedmontese family estate (active since 1930s). Bricco Rocche is their monopole cru in Castiglione Falletto (acquired late 1970s); the dedicated Bricco Rocche cellar was built in 1982.
