Tasting Note
Aromas of rose petals, wild cherry, plum, truffle, licorice and tobacco. High acidity with firm, fine-grained tannins, savory earth and subtle spice; long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Estate organically farmed (biodynamic practices). Native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, 20–25 day maceration; malolactic in 300L barrels; aged roughly 30–36 months in large oak casks (20–50 hL) and further bottle aging.

Ceretto, family estate founded in the 1930s, manages ~400 acres in the Langhe with significant holdings in Barolo and Barbaresco; converted to organic farming (cert. from 2015) and uses biodynamic practices.
