Tasting Note
Dried cherry, tar, licorice and rose petal with truffle, tobacco and crushed stone. Medium-full, polished yet firm tannins, bright acidity and a long silky finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, braised beef, porcini risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Cantonese roast duck, Korean bulgogi, teriyaki beef, mildly spiced mapo tofu (balanced).
Production Method
Traditional Nebbiolo fermentation with extended maceration; aged ~12 months in French oak (≈10% new) then ~24 months in large Austrian oak casks.
