Tasting Note
Aromatic rose and red cherry with raspberry, dried herbs, tar and subtle truffle. Elegant, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, saline minerality and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Organically farmed Nebbiolo; traditional fermentation with extended maceration and ~24 months ageing in tonneau (small oak) before bottling.
