Tasting Note
Fragrant violet and dark berry aromas with cassis, blueberry, vanilla and spice. Medium-full with polished, rounded tannins, mineral lift and a long, savory finish showing graphite and cocoa notes.

Western: grilled ribeye or beef tenderloin, roasted lamb, veal, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean bulgogi or barbecue, Chinese char siu or braised beef, teriyaki beef, shiitake soy-glazed dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Malbec; cold maceration (<10°C), fermentation ~18–22 days with extended post-fermentation maceration; aged 16–21 months in French oak barrels; typically unfined/unfiltered.
