Tasting Note
Dark violet. Concentrated black- and red-currant, blackberry and violet with cassis, blueberry, vanilla, spice and dark chocolate; wet-stone minerality, velvety tannins, bright saline acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Malbec; 10% whole-cluster/90% whole-berry; 100% barrel fermentation in French oak (225–500L) with wild yeasts; aged in French oak (18–24 months) and bottle-aged (24 months). Unfined and unfiltered.
