Dense dark-violet Malbec with cassis, black-blue fruit, violets, mocha, truffle and cigar-box notes; chalky mineral/saline undertone, fine-grained tannins and a long, elegant finish.

20% whole-cluster, 80% whole-berry hand-loaded into 225–500L French oak for 100% barrel fermentation (17–28 days) with indigenous yeasts; alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrel; aged 12–18 months in French oak.
