Tasting Note
Lemon curd, brioche, pear and white flowers with honeyed tropical notes, wet‑stone minerality and subtle vanilla oak. Silky medium‑plus palate, bright acidity and a persistent, savory finish.

Western: grilled salmon, roast chicken, creamy mushroom pasta, goat cheese, roasted pork. Asian: miso‑glazed cod, sushi/ceviche, tempura vegetables, mild Thai green curry, Cantonese steamed fish.

Production Method
Whole‑cluster pressing; fermented in French oak and stainless steel with indigenous yeasts; partial malolactic (~40%); aged 10–12 months on fine lees in French barriques.
