Tasting Note
Pear and lemon-curd fruit with hazelnut and toast; subtle floral and herb tones, creamy oak texture, bright mineral acidity and a savory, lingering finish.

Western: roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled salmon, goat cheese. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura prawns, mild coconut curries, Chinese steamed fish with ginger and scallion.

Production Method
Cold settling; fermented in French oak barrels (approx. 15–25 days) and aged 10–12 months in French oak (first–third use); blend of high-altitude estate vineyard lots.
