Tasting Note
Citrus and green apple with white stone fruit, floral and mineral lift; subtle tropical notes, toasted almond and vanilla from French oak. Creamy mid‑palate, bright acidity and a long citrus-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Roast chicken, grilled salmon, buttered lobster, creamy pasta, mushroom risotto; Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, tempura prawns, Cantonese steamed fish, mild coconut Thai curry, richer sushi (salmon/torro).

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed; fermented on lees in French oak and stainless steel with indigenous yeasts; aged 6–8 months in French oak (first–third use). ~40% did not undergo malolactic fermentation. Unfined/unfiltered.

Bodega Catena Zapata, a four‑generation Mendoza family estate led by Laura Catena; winemaker Alejandro Vigil. Sourced from high‑altitude family vineyards (Gualtallary, Agrelo, Villa Bastías, El Cepillo).
