Tasting Note
Crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay with green apple, pear, lemon curd, subtle brioche and flinty limestone notes. Creamy mid-palate, bright acidity and a long, chalky finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressing; fermented in 500L French oak with native yeasts at low temperatures (12–24 days); light bâtonnage; ~30% withheld from MLF; aged 14 months in French oak (mixed new/used).
