Tasting Note
Mineral-driven, medium‑full Chardonnay with yellow apple, pear, peach, white flowers, honey and vanilla; creamy texture, bright saline acidity and a long, refined oak-tinged finish.

Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, creamy shrimp risotto, poultry with Nantua sauce, creamy pasta. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura prawns, Thai coconut chicken curry, sushi (richer cuts), pork gyoza.
Production Method
Whole-cluster pressing; 100% fermentation in 500L French oak with indigenous yeasts (12–24 days); batonnage; ~30% skips malolactic; aged 14 months in French oak (1st–3rd use).
