Bright lemon and white-peach fruit with jasmine and chamomile florals; wet-stone/flint minerality, subtle toasted oak and lees creaminess, piercing saline acidity and a long, chalky, focused finish.

Production Method
Cold-settled; fermented in French oak barrels (45–95 days at ~16°C) with bâtonnage; partial malolactic fermentation; aged 12–16 months in 2nd–4th use French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
