Tasting Note
Concentrated lemon-lime and pear fruit with floral lifts, wet-stone minerality and subtle vanilla/cream from barrel; saline, electric acidity and a long, persistent stony finish.

Production Method
Cold settling; fermentation in French oak (225L and 500L) for 45–95 days with bâtonnage; partial malolactic fermentation; 12–16 months aging in 2nd–4th use French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
