Mineral, flinty character with wet stone, lime, green apple and pear, delicate white flowers; chalky saline palate, very bright acidity, precise, linear structure and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Cold settling; fermentation in French oak barrels and 500L roll-fermentors at ~16°C; partial malolactic, bâtonnage and biological ageing; 12–16 months in 2nd–4th use French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
