Tasting Note
Mineral-driven, Chablis-like Chardonnay: citrus, white peach and jasmine with hazelnut and leesy spice. Vibrant saline acidity, chalky minerality and a long, focused, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lobster with beurre blanc, roasted chicken with mushrooms, mushroom risotto, creamy pasta. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, sashimi/sushi (salmon), seared scallops with soy-butter, light Thai seafood dishes.

Production Method
Cold-settled; fermented in French oak (45–95 days) with batonnage; partial malolactic; aged 12–16 months in 2nd–4th use French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
