Lean, chalky Chardonnay with flinty minerality, green apple, lemon rind, white flowers and ginger; subtle oak, very high acidity, precise, linear structure and a long saline finish.

Cold settling; fermentation in French oak barrels (45–95 days) with bâtonnage; partial malolactic fermentation; aged 12–16 months in 2nd–4th-fill French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
