Tasting Note
Herbaceous and floral (lavender, thyme), green apple and pear, saline minerality, creamy mid-palate with subtle oak and flor complexity, razor acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Cold settling, fermentation in used French oak (225L & 500L) with wild yeasts; partial malolactic/biological aging, bâtonnage and 12–16 months in 2nd–4th use French oak barrels.

From Block 1 (White Bones parcel) of the Adrianna Vineyard (1450m elevation). Soils are alluvial with calcareous deposits and fossilized bones; tiny yields from high-altitude vines.
