Tasting Note
Bright citrus and white stone fruit with pear, green apple, floral and saline mineral notes. Vivid, racy acidity, creamy mid‑palate from lees, and a long, precise, saline finish.

Production Method
Cold settling; fermentation in French oak (500L foudres and 225L barrels) with wild yeasts for 45–95 days; partial malolactic and batonnage; 12–16 months in 2nd–4th use French oak; unfined/unfiltered.
