Tasting Note
Aromatic, mineral-driven Malbec with blackberry, dark cherry, dried strawberry, violet, lavender and thyme notes. Fresh acidity, fine lithe tannins, rounded oak and an elegant, long savory finish.

Fermented in 225L oak barrels and 500L French oak roll-fermenters (≈16 days) with wild yeasts; ~50% whole clusters; aged ~18 months in French oak.
