Tasting Note

Aromatic, mineral-driven Malbec with blackberry, dark cherry, dried strawberry, violet, lavender and thyme notes. Fresh acidity, fine lithe tannins, rounded oak and an elegant, long savory finish.


Food Pairing

Western: grilled ribeye, lamb chops, roasted mushroom risotto, empanadas, Argentine asado. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Peking duck, char siu, Chinese braised beef/soy‑glazed beef.


Production Method

Fermented in 225L oak barrels and 500L French oak roll-fermenters (≈16 days) with wild yeasts; ~50% whole clusters; aged ~18 months in French oak.
