Tasting Note
Intense ruby red: red fruits, spice, balsamic and toasted oak. Rounded, fresh and structured palate with well-integrated tannins and good acidity.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled steak, beef stew, aged Manchego, pork chops. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Cantonese char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Fermented and aged ~16 months in Bordeaux-style barrels (50% French Allier, 50% American oak), followed by bottle ageing.
