Tasting Note
Intense ruby with aromas of fresh red fruit, violets, menthol and cedar; flavors of cherry, wild berries, spice and red licorice, with firm, finely-grained tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: rosemary lamb, grilled ribeye, wild boar stew, mushroom risotto, aged Pecorino. Asian: Korean BBQ short ribs, Chinese red-braised beef, Indonesian beef rendang, soy-braised pork belly.

Production Method
Traditional vinification with ~25 days skin maceration; aged ~3 years in Slavonian oak casks and additional bottle aging before release.
