Tasting Note
Powerful floral and spice aromas with pink grapefruit, rhubarb and white stone fruit; mouth-filling, saline minerality, subtle smoky French oak, bright acidity and a long, clean finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; cold maceration and gentle pressing. ~40–50% fermented in used 500L French oak (partial spontaneous fermentation) for 4–7 months; remainder fermented in stainless steel. Minimal intervention, no acid correction.
