Tasting Note
Citrus and dried apricot with exotic fruit and toasted cereal notes; vanilla and subtle new-oak spice. Fresh, elegant palate with medium acidity and a long, harmonious finish.

Grilled or roasted Mediterranean fish (sea bass), shellfish, creamy cheeses and roasted chicken; Portuguese seafood rice and baked cod; Chinese steamed fish or dim sum, mildly spiced Indian dishes and Thai coconut-based curries.

Production Method
Gentle pneumatic pressing and natural static clarification; alcoholic fermentation at ~16°C in new French oak, 12 months aging in new French oak (3 months on fine lees with bâtonnage), followed by ~6 months bottle maturation.
