Ripe blackberries and plum with dark chocolate, licorice and spice; firm ripe tannins, medium acidity, full-bodied and velvety persistent finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed and gently crushed; temperature-controlled fermentation with skin maceration; aged ~9–18 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
