Tasting Note
Deep ruby; concentrated black and blue fruit (blackberry, blueberry), violet, liquorice, balsamic and eucalyptus notes. Palate dense, velvety with muscular yet polished tannins, dark spice and cocoa, very long finish.

Production Method
Cold maceration, fermentation around 28°C with extended skin contact (~20–35 days); 15 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 18–24 months bottle aging.
