Tasting Note
Deep black/red fruit, cocoa and pimiento notes with mineral and spicy undertones. Full-bodied, fresh acidity, fine tannins and a long, savory finish with hints of leather and dried herbs.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, 15–16 months in new French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.
