Tasting Note
Ripe black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), warm spice, subtle mocha/toast and a slightly herbal finish. Medium-bodied, smooth tannins and fresh acidity for easy drinking.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks (≈24–27°C), light filtration and stabilization before bottling. Entry-level wine, minimal oak influence.
