Tasting Note

Intense ruby; ripe red and black fruit, dried plum, spice, cocoa and subtle earth notes. Medium–full body, polished ripe tannins and a warm, slightly spicy finish.

Stainless-steel fermentation (native/selected yeasts), malolactic fermentation and ~12 months ageing in French oak barrels/large oak vessels before bottling.
