Tasting Note
Rounded apple, melon and lemon fruit with ripe white-fruit notes, creamy lees texture and a mineral finish; pleasant, easy-drinking and balanced.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled seabass, bacalhau (Portuguese cod), seafood risotto, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, creamy mushroom risotto. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green curry, light Chinese stir-fries (ginger/garlic).

Production Method
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel; aged on the fine lees for ~9 months (regular bâtonnage).
