Deep ruby; ripe black cherry, plum and blackberry with cocoa, leather and savory spice. Medium-plus body, smooth texture, ripe tannins, balanced acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Destemmed and gently crushed; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with extended maceration; matured about 12 months in French oak barrels and bottle-aged before release.
