Tasting Note
Dark cherry and plum with cedar, graphite and floral (rose/lavender) notes; refined, fresh acidity, medium-plus body and polished tannins, long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye steak, beef Wellington, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ, spicy Szechuan beef or braised beef dishes.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification with maceration and élevage in oak barrels (approximately 16–20 months; ~10% new oak reported).
