Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, aged ~18–20 months in French oak barrels with a modest proportion of new oak (approx.10–20%); second‑wine selection from younger vines.

Second wine of Château Lafite Rothschild (Domaines Barons de Rothschild), made from Carruades plateau plots and younger vines to reflect Lafite style. Established as the estate's second label.
