Tasting Note
Lush honeyed apricot, candied citrus and honeysuckle with toasted almond and vanilla oak; bright citrus acidity balances rich sweetness into a long, spicy, honeyed finish.

Production Method
Selective hand-harvest of botrytised grapes, parcel vinification in oak barrels, fermentation often partly in oak, aged 12–24 months in French oak before bottling.
