Tasting Note
Golden, honeyed Sauternes: apricot, lemon curd, beeswax, marzipan and baked pear. Creamy, rich mid-palate with bright citrus acidity and a long, honeyed finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seared foie gras, Roquefort/blue cheese, lemon tart, crème brûlée. Asian: Peking duck, mango sticky rice, spicy Thai curry, soy-glazed pork (char siu).

Production Method
Hand-harvested, botrytised grapes; small-plot pressing, barrel fermentation and oak ageing (c.18–24 months) with selection for second wine from château parcels.
